Kia ora Hana! Vodafone's new digital agent. Hana helps customers as a chatbot on the Vodafone website, or when people phone up she can direct calls to the right place. The design process for this job took over six months from the briefing stage to going live and included many iterations, as well as lots of stakeholder input from across the business before the final design was selected.
