Working in Lotto’s in-house creative studio across all customer touch-points and I produced innovative design solutions that adhered to Lotto NZ’s brand guidelines. I lead small teams to deliver high-quality work that achieved results. I provided art direction, mentorship, and feedback to junior team members as well as facilitating creative reviews and retrospectives.
